Ergodyne ProFlex 9012 Anti-Vibration Work Gloves
The Ergodyne ProFlex 9012 is a full-fingered anti-vibration work glove built for operators of vibrating power tools — grinders, jackhammers, chipping guns, and similar equipment where HAVS (Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome) risk is a concern. AVC (Anti-Vibration and Comfort) palm padding reduces transmitted vibration across the palm. A built-in wrist support with patented Open-Center Stay helps relieve repetitive motion discomfort without restricting hand movement.
Key Features
- ANSI/ISO Anti-Vibration Certified — Meets ANSI/ASA S2.73-2014/ISO 10819:2013 anti-vibration standard, which requires laboratory testing of vibration transmissibility across the palm.
- Full-Length AVC Palm Padding — Anti-Vibration and Comfort padding runs the full palm length, reducing transmitted vibration and cushioning impact from tool operation.
- Built-In Wrist Support — Integrated wrist brace with Open-Center Stay stabilizes the wrist without a rigid plate, aiding relief from repetitive motion fatigue.
- Gripping Palm — Textured palm material provides a secure, controlled grip on tool handles and workpieces in normal work conditions.
- Technical Hex Stretch Knit Back — Allows natural hand movement and improves ventilation on the dorsal side of the glove.
- Neoprene Knuckle Pad — Protects knuckles from impact without adding significant bulk to the finger profile.
- Reinforced Fingertips & Thumb Saddle — Abrasion-resistant reinforcement where wear occurs most during tool operation.
- Full Fingered — Provides dexterity and tactile feedback while maintaining full hand coverage.
Compliance
Certified to ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 (general purpose hand protection), ANSI/ASA S2.73-2014/ISO 10819:2013 (anti-vibration gloves — mechanical vibration transmissibility), and EN 388 (European mechanical risk protection standard). The ISO 10819 certification is the primary standard for anti-vibration gloves and requires measured reduction of vibration across a defined frequency range.
