Poor Design
I don't think the team in charge of designing the ProFlex series has ever actually worn or used gloves for work.First, the palm areas are covered with hard plastic dots that make handling anything extremely difficult because they offer absolutely no grip, and are slippery against things like tools. To keep things from flying out of your hands you need to apply a death grip which after five minutes is extremely fatiguing. Second, one would assume "Impact Reducing" gloves would have an energy absorbing material in the palms, like every other impact rated glove on the market. Not these. Just a single layer of material with those hard plastic dots. In all fairness, the backs of the gloves do appear to offer some protection but given that most people don't handle material and tools with the backs of their gloves, it's pointless. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go out and buy an average pair of gloves from any big box or auto parts store. Overall a very disappointing and ironic product from a company with Ergo in it's name.
