This listing previously stated NRRΒ 27, which is the rating of the over-the-head H7A. 3M publishes NRRΒ 24 for the H7P3E cap-mount, confirmed against 3M and multiple distributors in August 2026. A hard-hat slot fixes the cup angle and gives up some of the seal a headband can pull, so a cap-mount is normally rated below its over-the-head sibling. Plan on 24 and confirm against the rating printed on the packaging.
