The Honeywell North RU6500 Series is a premium silicone full-face respirator built for all-day industrial wear and a wide, distortion-free field of view. A one-piece polycarbonate lens maximizes peripheral and downward vision, the soft silicone facepiece and nose cup seal comfortably across long shifts, and the 5-point head strap distributes tension evenly for a stable, repeatable fit. As a full-face respirator it provides eye and face protection together with respiratory protection — an Assigned Protection Factor of 50, five times the protection of a half-mask.

Size is confirmed by a mandatory OSHA fit test (29 CFR 1910.134(f)), not by appearance — medium fits the majority of adult workers, with small and large covering narrower and larger facial profiles.

The RU6500 uses the Honeywell North bayonet dual-cartridge mount — the same system across the North half- and full-face lineup.
