The Honeywell H910P DF300 N95 Flatfold Disposa is a NIOSH-approved N95 disposable respirator that filters at least 95% of non-oil airborne particles. It is a value option from a major PPE brand for general construction dust, sanding, drywall, wildfire smoke, and nuisance particulate. As a flat-fold, unvalved respirator, it is suitable for source-control settings where exhaled air must also be filtered. Sold multiple per pack.

Step changes by hazard: for non-oil dust an N95 covers most work, R95 adds oil resistance, and P100 gives oil-proof 99.97% filtration. For gases or vapors, no filtering facepiece will do β€” use a half mask respirator with cartridges.

True N95 mask with NIOSH number and made by an American Company.
This is good mask. You can get a good seal with minimal effort. I have been using them going through rehab workouts, while not as easy to breath through as nothing - they are not bad as I am working out while wearing them. I wouldn't wear them doing Cardio but...I haven't had any issues with the straps - yes they wrap around your head and NOT your ears. I do have a slightly larger than normal head size but not huge. I am fine wearing them for an hour or more at a time.It is clear some people don't understand being made in China does not make it a KN95 mask or garbage. It is made by Honeywell!!! A major US company. These are shipped to Amazon by Honeywell if you are buying them from Amazon (yes you need to check). NIOSH has approved these for non-medical use, they have not been put through the certification process for that - they are still an N95 mask.

Effective mask, if you can stand to wear it any length of time.
I bought two boxes based on the company reputation and Amazon reviews. The packaging was very high quality, box and graphics appear genuine. Masks weren’t individually wrapped, but the column of 50 was sealed in plastic. The masks were thick, sturdy and well-made, with a good nose piece that was easy to bend but kept the new shape well. Really good fit to face, with secure coverage from bridge of nose to maybe an inch and a half under my (average adult male) face. With the padded nose piece properly formed I had little or no fogging of my glasses after several deep breaths. There seems to be much better filtration compared to my layered cotton and KN95 masks. That being said, I wouldn’t wear this mask during strenuous activity because of the significantly greater respiratory effort. Breathing was comfortable while working at my desk. The disappointments in this product are two-fold with one being just a preference. I should have been more careful and recognized that these masks use two β€œaround the head” elastic loops without any way to adjust the tension. Very difficult for me to don or doff while wearing glasses. Also, the elastic straps are not very stretchy. The lower loop is barely big enough to fit over my head and becomes quite uncomfortable for me a half hour of wear. I tried stretchy the elastic but the strap came loose from the mask. The upper loop alone was much more comfortable and seemed to keep the mask in a good but not great position. They are a well made safety product that seems effective. Nonetheless I wish I’d bought masks with ear loops or adjustable bands.

It's a solid mask and four eyes like me appreciate the anti-fog foam strip
I actually like the over-the-head style straps of this mask. It really provides a better fit to the face. Hard to breathe for a reason because it's better protecting you from that Rona, y'all. It also keeps my face warm during these winter months so that's a bonus! One gripe, if you have really silky hair, the top strap that goes over your head tends to slip down, but a ponytail helps. The foam anti-fog strip is probably the second best part of this mask and it works wonders for glasses wearers. No more need to use a piece of tape on the bridge of my nose so my glasses won't fog!For awareness, the bottom strap goes over your head and rests on the back of your neck. The top strap also goes over your head and rests on the back part of your noggin. My batch was made in China as opposed to some who got Mexico but that didn't give me any concerns. Overall the value for the money and the extra protection compared to the throwaway blue masks are worth it.

Well made and comfortable
I am very impressed with this N95 mask. It is by far the most comfortable N95 I've worn when compared to 2 other brands. I felt the fit was very good with very little air leakage around the sides while still being comfortable. The foam strip where the mask goes over the nose improves the comfort. Straps appear to be firmly secured and are a softer material than typical elastic bands. I've not had the chance to see how the straps wear over time but the longest I expect to wear any one mask is a week or less. They take a bit more time to put over the head than ear loops used on KN95 masks but in my opinion, they also secure the mask better. And I should also mention that delivery time was excellent!! They arrived the day after I ordered them. I had ordered some masks from another vendor which had not yet arrived after 30 days, so I cancelled that order and put in an order for these. I feel pleased with how it has all turned out.

Great masks, poorly treated.
These are great masks, but the last few times I've ordered them they were either in a damaged box or kind of crammed together in a bag. In both cases, the masks were pretty bent up.

Love the head and neck straps
What do N95 masks teach you?1. Surgical masks are completely useless and waste of money. They are more for use as a curtesy to others: prevents your own saliva droplet from flying all over (yes they can still have a purpose)2. Yes some people find N95 suffocating. But it's pretty easy adapt3. Around the ear straps are not secure, even for N95. Massive leaks. Must use ones with head and neck straps. You have to adjust the mask and its wire band to fit your face. But these Honeywell masks handle it well

Are these genuine? Does it matter?
I have a genuine version, and these don't look like them.I understand that Honeywell may have various manufacturers, so these may look different.Does it matter? They are almost as thick, but not as soft. But they're very cheap ($26 x 50 masks).I personally don't think it really matters. Science has not proven that masks are that effective. Nevertheless, better to be safe than sorry when on planes or in crowded areas.Even if not genuine, they should provide better filtration due to their layers than regular masks, which are not cheap either.Best of luck everyone.Stay safe and healthy!

Great, but often sloppy strap assenbly
I've gotten a few boxes of these and while the couple boxes were great, I started to have the straps break on me more recently. Looking closer, you can see that there's an inconsistent placement of the end of the strap as it's attached to the mask. Rather than attaching at the top of the strap or close to it, some masks have quite a "tail", which results in a shorter usable strap and more likely breakage as you pull it up over your head.I do like the seal these give in general - far superior to the k-95s I've tried that have ear straps. They're also relatively comfortable. Some fogging does occur when I'm wearing glasses though - it's inconsistent, so possibly I need to find the perfect placement.

Work well and these are legit
We were concerned about the 50ct box, when we received them. Although sealed in one bag, when we received them there was no expiration date* and the inspection date had a typo ("InsPect"). We called Honeywell (ph # from the website matched the box). Per their representative:--These never expire, as long as they are kept out of the sun and in a clean, dry, cool environment.--It is possible that the bags will not be sealed. (Ours was, so no worries, there.)--Amazon is an authorized dealer, so there should not be a concern. These fit both a medium-sized female and a large male. They are snug, seal well (and even prevent fogging of glasses), and are tight but comfortable. There is a slight chemical smell that one of us noticed, but it dissipates fairly quickly. We will continue to use our tailor-made cloth/polypropylene masks to keep the environmental impact down, but will use these in high-risk settings.*Note: 3M masks have expiration dates and a Wirecutter article we read indicate there should be an expiry. Honeywell's answer negates the Wirecutter information.

Branded, USA-made, *true* N-95 masks from Honeywell
Bought these @ the beginning of the pandemic, wore them faithfully, no COVID for me - despite everyone else in the house coming down w/ it simultaneouslyOverhead straps hold well, fitting to nose is simple & effective (*be sure* to flatten the crease in the metal nosepiece, *then* fit to bridge of nose!). Glasses rarely fogged ever, breathing UNrestricted for this active old man, surprisingly comfortable & well-fitting. Biggest β€œissue” has been my beard getting itchy over timeHaving worn them faithfully lockdown, I STILL have plenty left - but will order again as needed

Good for light sanding
I didn't want to break out a new filter for my respirator mask to do a small sanding project. So, I used these masks. They worked fine - kept dust out of my nose and mouth. The straps were somewhat annoying as they broke easily. Otherwise, no issue. Definitely cheaper than using a new filter to only use a few times for sanding.

Best made DF300 hands down
The price on this item fluctuates like day trading but the construction on these masks is infallible. I've used this exact item listing for about 2 years and have only been upset by swings in overall price.

Our 50ct boxes have a strong, sweet smell.
The last 3 boxes of 50ct had a strong, sweet smell that often is in packages from China. Should I have to air out protective masks for a couple of weeks before I use?I haven’t found a way to communicate with Honeywell about this.

Feels Just Like KN95 Masks except for Elastic Band
The N95 Flatfold Respirator from Honeywell gave a similar look and feel of an ordinary KN95 masks, with the exception of adjustable metal nose clip and the elastic band.Since the bands are identical to traditional N95 masks, it does not hurt ears a lot after extended period of wearing. The bands are much more comfortable than rubber bands, however the lower band has an apparent design flaw: it's just too short. I have to stretch a lot before barely squeezing my head inside. Also, be aware that they are not individually packed; all 50 masks are packed in a single sealed plastic bag.

good fit, seem to be of high quality
I have no way of knowing how well these masks filter other than knowing that when working with very fine dust in the air I am not aware of any evidence of dust getting through or around the mask. I do know that they fit me very well--a tight fit around the edges without discomfort. I am using them principally to protect against fine wood dust in a woodworking shop and can wear them for hours without discomfort as compared to many others I have tried and I have not had a strap break or had a mask fail physically in any way. As to how well they filter, I just have to trust the manufacturer's rating.

Check shelf life date on tag with masks.
I had to get credit from Amazon because the first 50 pack I purchased a couple of years ago was good for about 2 and 1/2 years the shelf life The one I purchased a few months ago ended in March The masks degrade over time I noticed the difference when they were near end of shelf life. There is a little tag with Chinese writing on in the plastic bag with the masks on top Read there it will tell you. But what they were selling was old stock. One thing I would like to comment on is before putting mask on stretch the bands a little bit it will be easier to put on your head and less likely to snap. Also when they get old they fog up your glasses when they're new they do not. I will be purchasing this for the third time and will be checking the dates it is also on the box I believe on the bottom.lotfancy ad sells Benhal brand that looks similar that is reasonable priced if you are looking for a similar product but I haven't tried yet. I might do that. Hope I've helped.

Made in China… I question the authenticity and returned mine.
Honeywell Safety DF300 H910P N95: $34.78 for a 50 pack at the time of reviewNow that the price on disposable N95 masks appears to have come down, I thought it was a good opportunity to replenish the ones I used in my emergency kit. The best cost-per-mask I could find was this 50-pack from Honeywell.*What I liked*:At about 70Β’ per mask, the price is right. The masks came inside a sealed plastic bag, ostensibly to denote tampering after leaving the factory. The seal is tight around my face and the foam nose bridge piece keeps it from being uncomfortable.*What I didn't like*:The straps seem to have a much lower max stretch distance. It was somewhat difficult to get them over my head. There was a noted chemical smell in the masks I tried. The picture of the mask doesn’t match that on the box (though the box does indicate this might be the case). It’s not that big of a deal, but I feel like they could toss any old mask in there. The masks denote that they are N95 and NIOSH-certified. However, I see that my lot appears to have been made in China. Another reviewer claims to have spoken to Honeywell support who told them that the legit masks are made in Mexico. Honestly, I don’t know if that’s true. But if it is, it’s concerning that my batch came from China.*The Bottom Line:*I have decided to return these masks and I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I’m not super concerned about the made in China vs. Mexico aspect. But the difficulty getting them on coupled with the chemical smell, added to the question of legitimate origin are altogether enough to keep me from taking any chances. Two stars out of five. I would not buy these again.

Good only if you have a small face.
I bought a box of these masks because they looked like a good value. When they arrived, I examined one and I noticed the ear straps were short. I tried it on and the mask felt tight against the face as if the mask was too small for my medium-sized face. The nose clip is better than most of the masks I've tried in that it is easy to shape around the nose and to stay in that shape. On the inside of the mask there is some padding on the nose clip which should help prevent glasses from fogging up but doesn't. I still have to pull my glasses down over the nose clip to block most of the air from fogging them up. I've ordered some double-sided medical tape to use on the nose clip to seal air flow and I'l have to wait to see how that does. Overall, I recommend a different mask that fits your face better.I received the 1-in, double-sided medical medical tape and tried it with these masks. I put the tape on the inside of the mask but that didn't work and the glasses still fogged up. I then cut a 5-in strip of the tape and then cut it in half lengthwise. I put the tape over my nose and along my cheek and then put the mask on, I pressed down on the mask on the bridge of my nose and then pressed the clip around my nose and along the area under my eyes. This time, no glasses fogging. I'll keep and use these masks along with the tape.

Breathing is too restricted
These are good N95 masks, but I just can't breathe adequately in them. They fit my large head and face without issue. The nose seal with foam is great. There is an odor, but I opened one up and aired it out for 24 hours and it was much better then. Still, I am returning these since I can't wear them for longer than 15 minutes. No doubt they are doing what they are supposed to do, but breathing is still necessary. My hat is off to those who are able to wear these for extended periods of time.
