The Honeywell DF300 N95 Flatfold Disposable Re is a value option from a major PPE brand for N95 disposable respiratory protection. Read our independent Honeywell DF300 N95 Flatfold Disposable Re review for the full evaluation, or keep reading for specs, compatibility, and ordering.

The Honeywell DF300 N95 Flatfold Disposable Re is a NIOSH-approved N95 disposable respirator that filters at least 95% of non-oil airborne particles. It is a value option from a major PPE brand for general construction dust, sanding, drywall, wildfire smoke, and nuisance particulate. As a flat-fold, unvalved respirator, it is suitable for source-control settings where exhaled air must also be filtered. Sold multiple per pack.

Step changes by hazard: for non-oil dust an N95 covers most work, R95 adds oil resistance, and P100 gives oil-proof 99.97% filtration. For gases or vapors, no filtering facepiece will do β€” use a half mask respirator with cartridges.

How many Honeywell DF300 N95 Flatfold Disposable Re respirators come per pack?

The Honeywell DF300 N95 Flatfold Disposable Re is sold multiple per pack; case and bulk quantities are available on request for crews and facilities.

Is this the genuine Honeywell Honeywell DF300 N95 Flatfold Disposable Re?

Yes β€” WC Safety sells authentic, NIOSH-approved Honeywell DF300 N95 Flatfold Disposable Re respirators through legitimate supply channels, so you avoid the counterfeits common online.

Can I buy the Honeywell DF300 N95 Flatfold Disposable Re in bulk or by the case?

Yes β€” use our Request a Quote option for case and pallet pricing on volume orders.

How should I store the Honeywell DF300 N95 Flatfold Disposable Re?

Store it in the original packaging, away from heat, sunlight, moisture, and contaminants, within the printed temperature range so the straps and seal stay reliable.

Great N95 masks! Relatively comfortable along with a great seal. Also reusable!
TLDR: Great N95 masks for the price. Lots of other reviewers are just being extremely ridiculous.Full Review:It was difficult to decide on which N95 mask to buy because the reviews are all over the place no matter the kind or brand of mask. After receiving my box of Honeywell N95 masks, it's now clear to me that the majority of people either are just being extremely nit-picky on the most ridiculous stuff or just flat out do not understand how to use a mask. Please, if you're going to be ridiculous with your review, just don't post it. All you're doing is adding noise to the situation and making it extremely difficult for people to figure out if the mask itself is actually worth buying or not.Anyways, going to the masks, yes, mine also arrived with a slightly crushed box with a couple of the masks spilling out. But lets use some common sense here. This is easily explained because the box is a thin cardboard and amazon chooses to ship these in plastic bags which offer no hard structure to protect the thin cardboard of the item's box.Sure that's not so great, but let's address the important point here. What about the product itself? That's what everyone is interested in. Were the masks damaged? Fortunately no, they seem to be in pristine condition. Are the masks dirty? No, because the outer plastic bag is sealed.Could the packaging be better? Absolutely, it can definitely be better, but that's an issue with amazon and their awful choice to ship these with just a plastic bag. It's not an issue with the product in question, the masks. Again, this is what most people are interested in. The product itself.I've seen a lot of reviews mention the bottom elastic band separates easily from the mask and I can totally see that happening because it is a very short strap, so that's one star off because that's definitely a con, absolutely. However, I've tried wearing several of them now and it's entirely possible to wear the mask with just the top elastic band. I'm still able to get a perfect seal. However, if you're running with these on or jumping all over the place, I wouldn't be as sure as to whether the seal will last. Since I'm just wearing these in an office environment, that won't be happening so I'm glad to report that even if the bottom strap snaps, the mask seems to be perfectly usable with just the top strap. Additionally, if you want to use the bottom straps after they're disconnected, you can just staple the strap back into the edge of the mask. There's actually enough room on the edge to do this.Comfort wise, they seem fine. There's certainly some pressure against the face (definitely more than with KN95s), but it seems fine for the most part. Most importantly, they don't cut into my face. The nose pad makes a difference and helps. The straps are not super thin and seem wide enough to not cut into the back of your head. Again, I can report a perfect seal, at least with my face, and no leaks along the nose side and chin side. For me, reusability is important. I can report that these are definitely reusable. Since I'm just using these in a sparsely populated office environment, reusability of at least a couple times is important to me.I saw some reviews mention "holes" in their masks next to the straps. Curiously enough, mine did not come with any such "holes". Probably an issue with amazon commingling and mixing inventory from different sources which amazon is infamous for. Again, a purely amazon issue. All in all, these are the best N95 masks, considering the price, that I've found so far. Sure, there are better ones and these Honeywell ones are not entirely perfect, but those other ones are much more expensive. I was also considering the Kimberly Clark N95 duckbill styled masks, but they don't seem very reusable based on all the reviews.

Great and well made!
They seem to be very well made. I wear them every day in dusty work areas. Work great. I also wear these when flying, or crowded areas. Great value!

Great masks at a great price
The inexpensive price and some negative reviews had me concerned about these Honeywell DF300 N95 masks. Granted the plastic bag inside the box was not sealed, but they appeared to be in order. I tested the first couple of masks and they are fine. They fit my face better than any other mask I have used, they sealed tightly. I tested where my breath was coming from with a cold mirror and looking how it fogged up. The air passed through the filter material and not out any gaps around my nose. I can reuse the masks without the straps breaking. They do fit snugly, you won't want to wear them all day. I will use them for mowing the dry dusty grass. If I find some of them defective in the future I will revise my review.

TO AVOID BREAKING STRAPS
TIP: work with the design. Yes, the lower strap is shorter to secure mask, while the upper strap is longer for adjustment flexibility.THE KEY TO AVOID STRAP BREAKAGE: FIRST, (without tugging on the strap-to-mask connections), pre-stretch the straps only, prior to putting the mask on. Repeat the pre-stretch EVERY TIME to ensure you do not break any more straps! After pre-stretching, mask straps will still offer resistance which is good, & more comfortable.General Note: Mask breathability is good & integrity remains in tact. Masks are quite durable and easy to adjust the longer top strap. The best price value anywhere for an N95.

Good mask, but two big drawbacks
I am one of those holdouts who are still wearing masks indoors in public, and this offers decent protection, but it has two major drawbacks.First, the straps attach behind the head, not around the ears, so it can be a hassle to put on and take off. More significantly, the straps are prone to snapping off, even when the mask is new. This seems like a significant quality control issue that Honeywell should address. These are major drawbacks, and as a result, I will not be reordering this style when my supply wears out. But I will be wearing masks indoors in public for a long time to come!

Great cost effective behind the head straps masks
These are great masks and very cost effective. The behind the head straps are super comfortable and I regularly wear these when sleeping 6-8hrs. The aluminum nosepiece helps make for an adjustable air seal. The breathability seems just right. It gives the right filtration and moisture retention for healthy sinuses and nasal passages while sleeping.

Straps break
This mask is very comfortable on the face. But, as other reviewers have pointed out, the lower strap breaks either when you put a mask on for the first time, or when you take it off.

They are of high quality and fit great.
These masks arrived on time. They were new as described. They are breathable. They were of great value. The filters are a very good quality. There was only a small issue that won't be a problem. There was an industrial smell to them. Maybe the shipping trucks exhaust, but not bad enough to not use.

High Failure Rate
Fit - good. Effectiveness - good. Durability - poor. Infant mortality is terrible with 50% failing with first use and always the lower right strap weld. Now I'm stapling all the straps to the mask. Honeywell,,,,,,, I know you're better than this.

Offers better protection than cloth masks I’ve been using
Since the authorities are indicating that cloth masks should be upgraded, I tried to read up on the N95, KN95 masks being offered. This particular one was among list of recommended brands. Still trying to get used to the over-the-head straps, but admit that they seem to contribute to a better seal around face. I note that these offer more coverage than cloth mask I’m using. Funny, this very feature is also a slight drawback re comfort, but I know I’ll get used to it. I wear glasses and the mask doesn’t quite stay still, which results in constant adjustment to glasses.

I like these
Works for me. I ride public transportation city busses. I use this mask, put the earloop type pleated mask on top, along with a homemade cloth mask as an outer layer. I only wear homemade layer while in the tight confines of the bus. I take it off when I get off the bus. Leaving me wearing this Honeywell along with the earloop pleated one when i walk around and go into stores. Have always gone the 2-3 mask route. Easy to breathe thru. And I have not caught anything. As for straps with this Honeywell, I have not had any break. I have always put the top strap on first, then the bottom one on last. Have reused several without any issues. Fit is good for me.

Constantly Breaking Straps; Otherwise Excellent
PROs: Pretty comfortable and well designed, reasonably pricedCONs: The straps are terrible. When you stretch them to get them over your head, one of the two will break as often as not, rendering the mask's seal much less effective. I'd rate them 2 stars, but at this price, it's probably worth it, even if it's wasteful.

another bad batch sold by Authorized seller Anazon
so the manufacturer confirmed that these are still made and sold to Amazon, and yet some of them are in older looking boxes, without the little paper certification inside the plastic and I got a batch with the poor alignment of foam over the nose poor alignment of the elastic attachments with big tabs so then it's also tighter, not the standard medium large that it was, it's very frustrating that it's so hit or miss on getting a good box through Amazon. The masks themselves are great when you get a good batch so I don't know where the problem is for certain. As An Authorized Reseller Amazon isn't supposed to buy from ANYONE Except For The Manufacturer. I'm just not certain they're not getting like seconds or something. the right material but not up to par that they would sell to one of their safety stores.

So far, so good. They worked!
Now that I have ordered enough face masks to open my own store, I must admit---they worked. That is all I could ask of the product. I plan on reducing my inventory in the coming years by wearing them during the cold and flu seasons. this particular face mask is the one I see my doctors wearing most often. For those of you, like me, who cannot be too careful, I highly recommend this N95 mask.
