What the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves is for

Reach for the vinyl gloves line for medical exam, dental, lab, and general cleaning tasks. For food handling, pair it with the food-service glove guide; for a material trade-off, our nitrile vs vinyl comparison and nitrile vs latex vs vinyl reference show when vinyl is the right call.

Which size should you order?

The Dynarex Safe-Touch vinyl exam gloves run close to standard glove sizing in Medium, Large and X-Large. Measure across your palm and check the glove size chart β€” vinyl fits looser than nitrile, so size up if you are between sizes. Buyers comparing the powdered vs powder-free guide should note every size here is powder-free.

How the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves compares

Within vinyl, the choice is grade and size run β€” weigh it against ForPro Industrial Vinyl Gloves, Clear Vinyl Industrial Gloves by GLOVEWORKS, ProHeal Clear Vinyl Gloves, MedPride Vinyl Exam Gloves. If you want more puncture and chemical resistance, step up to nitrile gloves; if a tailored fit matters more and latex is acceptable, see latex gloves. Our nitrile vs latex guide and best exam gloves guide cover the upgrade paths.

Safety note: Vinyl is latex-free, which removes latex allergy risk, but it is not rated for chemical splash hazard, solvents, sharps, or bloodborne-pathogen exposure β€” use nitrile gloves for those.

Ordering FAQ

Which size of the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves should I order?
They run true to standard glove sizing in Medium, Large and X-Large. Measure your palm and use the glove size chart; if you are between sizes, order the larger one for a looser vinyl fit.

Is the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves in stock and ready to ship?
Yes β€” this listing is active and ships through Amazon. Select your size to see live availability and shipping speed on the linked Amazon page.

Can I order the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves by the case for a high-volume operation?
Some sizes ship as box-of-100 and others as larger cases. Pick your size to see the exact pack and case pricing on the product’s Amazon listing.

How many gloves come in a box of the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves?
Box counts vary by size and pack tier. The exact count per size is shown on the linked Amazon listing for that variant.

What tasks is the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves the right pick for?
Order it for medical exam, dental, lab, and general cleaning tasks. For chemical, solvent, or heavy-duty work, choose a heavier nitrile glove instead.

What should I pair the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves with?
For tougher jobs, keep a box of nitrile from the nitrile gloves collection on hand; for reusable cleaning, add a flock-lined option from the latex gloves collection.

Does the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves come in colors other than clear?
This listing is clear vinyl. For a colored disposable, the in-stock blue Schneider vinyl or a colored nitrile are alternatives β€” see the vinyl gloves collection.

How do I reorder the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves later?
Reorder by the model or SKU shown in the specifications above, or simply return to this product page and select your size again.

Is the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves sold as singles or pairs?
Gloves are ambidextrous and sold by the box, not in pairs β€” any glove fits either hand, so you draw one at a time.

Should I buy the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves or upgrade to nitrile?
If your work is light and non-hazardous, the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves is the value pick. If you face chemicals, sharps, or want a snugger fit, the nitrile vs vinyl comparison shows why nitrile is worth the upgrade.

Is the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves the right exam glove for my clinic?
It is an exam-grade vinyl for routine, low-risk contact. For higher-risk or bloodborne work, order a nitrile exam glove instead.

Where can I read an independent review before ordering the Dynarex Safe-Touch Vinyl Exam Gloves?

Great price and Fast Delivery.
I raise 8 pet rabbits and they poop, pee and eat a lot. These gloves are a snug fit and keeps me from cutting my thumb or finger tips when cutting veggies. Durable enough for use twice for bunny food handling use before becoming used for cleaning up then tossed. Study enough to prevent pee from soiled newspaper liners soaking hands and getting germs from handling bunny poop pellets or when they're sick with runny poo. Free shipping reached me in only 5 days! Good quality. :-)

I use these for ....
I keep these in my bathroom and use them both in my bathroom and kitchen. This brand is EXCELLENT as it has a wrist covering that is just right and the medium size fits both my hand, fingers and wrist. They don't tear easily as I use a lot of "pull" to get them on and they stay in one piece. I recommend this glove and this brand. I have tried other brands and I find this brand to be the BEST.

Best Vinyl Disposable Vinyl Gloves
These gloves fit very well. The best I've used so far. Because of the excellent fit, I don't feel like the gloves get in the way when I'm working. Wish the vinyl was a bit thicker. I have long nails, and sometimes my nails break through the gloves.

Not being used as intended
I'll be the first to admit that these weren't purchased for medical use, although yes, if I'm applying any product or lotion to my body and that product has a strong odor, I'll use these to prevent accidentally bringing the product near my eyes and sinuses. These were purchased for 2 other reasons. The main one is that I do a lot of mailings for work and once a week manually fold and stuff about 700 pieces of mail. Constantly dealing with paper dries out my hands and I'm always getting paper cuts. So I hoped that a layer between my right hand and the paper would help and needed something that isn't loose. Also wanted something for when cutting up onions and garlic as I've got problems with strong odors. And since I have most of them at work, I can now also refill my pre-inked stamp without getting my hands full of ink.Okay, so that's how I'm using them. That doesn't tell you anything about the product itself. I'm a female with hands on the small side of medium, so I worried that these might be too large. There's really no explanation given for how to judge which size is appropriate for you. For work, I needed something that is just an extra layer on my hand as it's necessary for me to often stop what I'm doing and be on the phone and computer. Stopping to take it off each time I have to switch gears is not an option. The medium size runs small as there's a definite tightness between the fingers when bending them. It's not a show stopper and not especially uncomfortable, but if I reorder (it would be a very long time before I'll need to do that) I'd go with a larger size. The gloves are thin enough for me to do everything with them. On days when I wear one, it's only taken off to go use the bathroom or wash dishes or stop to eat lunch. The same glove is removed and put back on at least 8 times per day. I've never had a problem with tearing, so they hold up well for how I use them. I don't notice any scent, which is important to me. My hand isn't sweaty when I take them off. Actually, when wearing the same glove off and on for the better part of a day, my hand is in better shape than when I started my day.So not being used as intended, but definitely getting used. I'd give it a higher rating if the were a tad larger.

great price and good gloves
i had not used vinyl gloves prior to buying these so i can't contend to how they compare to other vinyls. I usually buy the diamond grip latex gloves from uline, but i'll probably switch to these vinyls. definitely a different feel from latex but have not had any tears, they're easy to remove, they cost less and are perfect for my needs. thanks!

great for cleaning or any other chore where protecting your hands is important
The price was right and the gloves work - I'm allergic to latex and I hate the way the powder makes my hands feel so these were a no brainer for me. Handy to have on hand and I keep some in the car as well. My mom uses them when she dyes her hair as they're much better than the ones provided with the boxes on sale in stores and since she started doing her hair with another product that doesn't provide a set, these are really the easiest way to keep her hands clean in the process. She also uses them to soften her hands by putting some hand lotion on her hands and then putting on the gloves. In our climate, it's the only way to combat dry hands.

great gloves and good price
great gloves and good price, these are nice and sturdy and completely powder free. If you do a lot of work with gloves, you will appreciate getting these online as the price is lower than at local supply stores and the gloves are of good quality. The size is on the spot also, if you have smaller hands, go with the medium and you will be happy.

Average
I have used various brands of vinyl gloves, nitrile gloves, and latex gloves. The latex were the best. Easiest to get on and off. Most flexible, most comfortable. And most tear resistant. But latex is expensive. More than twice the price of vinyl. Nitrile seem no better in any respect than vinyl. To the contrary, nitrile seem to tear much more easily. And nitrile are as expensive as latex. So vinyl it is.This is pretty much a standard vinyl glove. No better or worse than any other brand I've used. One complaint, but this seems to be universal, is the sizing. I'm a 5'8" small frame man. Medium is too small for me. Medium is too small for the women with whom I work. I bought the large instead and they're okay for everyone.

Nice for gardening but have now found better
I bought these to use for gardening as I found cotton gloves just did not keep the dirt out or keep my hands clean. These gloves actually work very well for a couple of hours worth of work. They keep my hands pretty clean and they don't tear easily. The biggest plus...they don't leave that skunky smell that so many gloves do. In fact, there is no smell at all! Oh, they also fit pretty true to your regular size. Definitely a good buy.UPDATE 9/13: I have started using the blue nitrile gloves by the same company and love them far more than these. They hold up much better and won't tear if a branch or something catches it. And I can work in the yard longer and the blue nitrile hold up far superior to the vinyl. I won't go back to the vinyl. In fact, they hold up longer than my back does when working outside! If you're looking for a thin glove for outside work or house cleaning, give the blue nitriles a shot...they are superior to these.

Read ingredients. Do your research.
I don't usually write a review, but I just wanted to share my experience just in case anyone else has issues. I have been having an allergic reaction on my hands and lower arms for the last 9 months. At times it was so painful and itchy that I wanted to rip my skin off. I went to about 4 different doctors. None of them could figure it out. They gave me steroid creams etc, but it seemed to always be consistent and getting worse by the day. I'm incredibly natural when it comes to my body and skincare products. And When I say natural it's literally the bare minimum. I work in the skincare industry so I do extensive research for safe products to use not only on my body but clients skin as well. So the localized rash didn't make any sense. Well until just recently. Long story short I had a client ask me," did you ever think it could be your gloves?" I use my gloves everyday. Usually about 12 pairs on an average day. I assumed that every vinyl glove was the same. I was wrong. I went back on my Amazon orders and sure enough almost to the date exact of when I had purchased and received these gloves is when the rash started happening. I immediately quit using them and threw my last two boxes out two weeks ago. My skin has never felt or looked better. It's almost astonishing. I can't believe it too me so long to put two and two together. My rash is almost completely gone with a little bit of scaring unfortunately still left behind. That's how bad it had gotten. Maybe these gloves work for most, but for me it was literally a living hell the last 9 months. Not only did it cause itchy swelling oozing pain, but it was incredibly embarrassing. Not all gloves are made the same. Do your research on the ingredients in them, especially if it's a product you use everyday.
