I normally use ear plugs already when at the range. But got these to use on top of the ear plugs to see if it makes much of a difference and it definitely does! I’d highly recommend them. I’ve used them on their own and get about the same amount of noise reduction as if I were to just use ear plugs. But combined, it’s even better!

These are so tight they are unusable. The headband is plastic, so the tightness cannot be adjusted. I am a man, 6' 1" tall, 175 lbs, moderately large head. The headband should be spring steel so that the tightness can be adjusted.
