DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S coverall β€” Tyvek 400 flash-spunbond HDPE Protection

The dupont tyvek 400 ty125s coverall gives you a Tyvek 400 flash-spunbond HDPE barrier purpose-built for neck-down particulate work under a hard hat. It comes with collar (no hood), front zipper, and elastic wrists and ankles, in white β€” read the full hands-on review before you order, or compare the whole field in our disposable coveralls buyer’s guide.

As the collared tyvek 400 suit, it runs cooler than hooded dupont tyvek 400 coveralls β€” the classic white tyvek suit for helmet-and-collar trades.

What the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall is for

Order it for neck-down particulate work under a hard hat. It belongs to the disposable coveralls collection, and pairs on the job with hard hats and the respirator your hazard names β€” start with the when do you need a respirator guide and the respiratory protection collection. For particulate-heavy trades, the respirator for drywall sanding guide and best respirator for asbestos guide cover the matching lung protection, and remediation crews can match cartridges via the mold remediation cartridge guide.

Which size should you order?

We stock the dupont tyvek 400 ty125s coverall in one configuration; the linked Amazon listing carries the manufacturer’s size run. Disposable coveralls layer over work clothes, so order one size over your street size β€” an undersized suit loads the crotch and shoulder seams and tears mid-shift. Between sizes, go up. Employers selecting under OSHA 1910.132 should size for the full range of workers on the task.

How the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall compares

Cross-shop it against KleenGuard A60 Bloodborne Pathogen & Chemical Splash Coverall, KleenGuard A70 Hooded Chemical Spray Protection Coverall, 3M 4515 Disposable Protective Coverall, DuPont Tychem 2000 Hooded Chemical Splash Coverall. If the exposure escalates, step up to the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY127S; if the hazard is lighter than this suit is built for, the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY120 costs less. The Tyvek vs Tychem reference and disposable coverall types reference explain the fabric ladder.

Safety note: match this garment to your hazard assessment. A suit rated for dry particulates is not chemical splash hazard protection, and no disposable coverall substitutes for engineering controls, arc-rated clothing, or supplied-air systems where those are required.

Ordering FAQ

Which size of the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall should I order?
The linked Amazon listing carries the manufacturer's size run. Order one size over your street clothes β€” coveralls layer over workwear, and sizing up protects the seams when you crouch or reach.

Is the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall in stock and ready to ship?
Yes β€” this listing is active and ships through Amazon. Open the linked listing to see live availability, size options, and delivery speed.

How many suits come in a pack of the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall?
Pack count is shown on the linked Amazon listing β€” some configurations ship as single suits and others as multi-suit cases.

Can I order the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall in bulk for a crew?
Yes. The linked listing shows the pack tier, and you can mix sizes across an order β€” crews rarely fit one size.

What jobs is the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall the right pick for?
Order it for neck-down particulate work under a hard hat. If your hazard is different, the disposable coveralls collection carries the full ladder from breathable particle suits to taped-seam chemical barriers.

What should I wear with the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall?
Complete the kit: gloves matched to the hazard, eye protection, and the respirator your assessment names β€” the hard hats and respiratory protection pages cover the pairings.

Does the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall come in other colors?
This listing is white. Color signals garment class by convention β€” white for particulate suits, yellow for chemical garments, blue for biological and site-visibility roles.

How do I reorder the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall later?
Reorder from this page β€” the product listing and its linked Amazon ASIN stay constant, so a repeat order takes seconds.

Should I buy the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall or a different coverall?
If your work matches neck-down particulate work under a hard hat, this is the right tier. Escalating exposure points to the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY127S; lighter duty points to the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY120. Our buyer's guide ranks all ten suits we stock.

Can I wear the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall more than once?
Treat it as single-use. Once worn against the hazard it was selected for, it comes off at the work boundary and is disposed of per the governing standard.

Do I need to tape the wrists and ankles on the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall?
For regulated work (asbestos, lead, biological), yes β€” elastic interfaces seal approximately, and taping the glove and boot junctions is standard practice. For casual dust work the elastic alone is typically fine.

Does the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall include boots or shoe covers?
No β€” it ends at elastic or open ankles. For abatement work, choose a hood-and-boots suit like the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY122S or ProShield 10 PB122S.

Where can I read an independent review before ordering the DuPont Tyvek 400 TY125S Coverall?

Great PPE suit!
This suit allows me to do dirty work without getting dirty all while being comfortable. I'm 5'1 and 125lbs and the medium is comfortably loose while wearing shorts and a t-shirt underneath. Plus, it has no hideous chemical smells that some other suits do... FYI - it can be washed once in the washing machine if you need to stretch out your "wear" time.

These save your clothes and skin when painting
These definitely will save your clothes and skin from paint. The Dupont fabric is surprisingly durable. I used the first pair for painting a deck and house. Multiple re-use was no problem. After using one for a week, I tried putting it in a washer on gentle cycle with detergent. It came out with no torn areas, the zipper intact and reasonably clean (Amazon....Do Not Tell my wife). I bought one size larger than normal to fit over clothes and have freedom of movement. I normally wear Large in clothes and XL on the coveralls worked perfectly.

Nice coverall but they assume someone with my waist size is much taller than me
In order to get a size that fits around my fat 50 inch stomach I had to buy a 3XL but I should be 6'2" for it to fit top to bottom correctly; however, I am only 5' maybe 7" so it kinda floats on me. Otherwise it fits and for sanding and painting projects around the house it will suffice.

Great so far
Like other posts about the other products, the seams seemed to rip out too easily. Not an issue so far with these. I bought these to crawl under a house I am working on until I get the work done and the 6 mil plastic down and wanted to get at least a few uses out of each pair. I bought the next size up to give more room to stretch and twist since there is limited headroom. First use, no split seems so worth the extra money.

Great for gardening
I LOVE these for working in the garden. I just hate getting dirty when I have to get down on my hands and knees to plant. I can usually use one for a month since they are very durable. They do get hot when it's hot outside but heck you can garden in your underwear in these!

Just what I needed for extremely moldy environment
Had a shipping container loaded with wire spools to deal with south of Kona, HI that was full of mold and this worked perfectly.

I hate getting insulation all over me and itching for a ...
I bought these for when I have to crawl around in my attic. I have a shallow-slope ranch house and you have to crawl around most of the attic on hands and knees. I hate getting insulation all over me and itching for a day. I usually buy cheapo coveralls from harbor freight. These are slightly cheaper and far superior in every way. The material is surprisingly sturdy.Only drawback (and I don’t fault the product at all because it is only doing what it is designed to do) is that it doesn’t breathe at all. About 15 minutes in and I was sweating like crazy. Again, I take that as a sign of these being waterproof and doing precisely what they are supposed to do, but for those (like me) who are new to tyvek products, you should know that this is essentially a sweatsuit. Will buy again when these wear out (which will probably be a decade from now considering how sturdy they are).

be sure to order at least one size larger in order to fit over clothing
I guessed and ordered a size larger than my size in order to fit over my clothes. That worked okay, but I could have gone two sizes larger for even more loose fitting comfort.
