Match the format to the room
Public restrooms: touchless roll systems (#1, #2, #3) — portion control plus no shared touch points. Kitchens and first-aid stations: centerpull (#8, #9) for one-handed pulls; keep one at every eyewash and wash-up point. Break rooms, shops, legacy walls: multifold (#6, #7) fits everything. Grease and solvent wiping is not a hand-towel job — that's Scott shop towels territory, with nitrile gloves for the solvent side.
Build the rest of the program
Towels are half the restroom: add bulk standard-roll tissue or JRT, keep the floor program honest with wet floor signs and a splash-controlled bucket, and size the waste run with the liner calculator.
