How to return an item
Start your return from Your Orders on the Amazon account used for the purchase, or visit Amazon's Returns Center. Return eligibility, return windows, and refund timing are determined by Amazon's policy for that item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, request a replacement or refund through Amazon's return process for that order. You can also reach us at contact@safetynw.com and we'll help point you in the right direction.
Non-returnable items
Some items — such as hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, perishable or personal-care goods, and certain custom or personalized products — may not be eligible for return. Amazon's policy for each item is the final authority on eligibility.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. These returns are processed through Amazon; the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
