NoCry cut resistant gloves β€” EN 388 Level 5 Cut-Resistant Work Gloves

The NoCry cut resistant gloves give your crew EN 388:2016 Level 5 cut resistance in a Premium that pairs a food-safe UHMWPE and glass-fiber knit with stainless-steel thread through the thumb, index and middle fingers. Before you order, read the full hands-on review or see how it stacks up in the cut-resistant gloves buyer’s guide.

These are certified on the EN 388:2016 scale at Level 5, not the U.S. ANSI/ISEA 105 A1–A9 system β€” a European level is graded by a different method than an ANSI letter, so cross-check both before you spec a glove searched as cut resistant gloves for kitchen.

What the NoCry Premium is for

Reach for the NoCry Premium for meat cutting, oyster shucking, mandoline slicing, fish cleaning and wood carving. Browse the full cut-resistant gloves range, or the broader hand protection catalog, to line it up against alternatives. Not sure where to start? Our how to choose work gloves reference walks through the decision. Buyers also stock these alongside material-handling gloves and search them as level 5 cut resistant gloves.

Which size should you order?

Sizes X-Small through X-Large. Measure across your palm and check the glove size chart β€” a cut liner should fit snug so it does not bunch at the fingertips. The how to choose cut gloves by ANSI level walk-through helps you match both the size and the protection tier to your task.

How the NoCry Premium compares

Weigh the NoCry Premium against HexArmor Helix 3033, Ansell HyFlex 11-518, Ansell HyFlex 11-531. Need a higher tier? Step up through the A5 cut gloves or compare tiers in the A4 vs A5 guide. For impact as well as cut, see the impact-resistant gloves line. The best cut-resistant gloves guide ranks the full field so you can see where this pick lands.

Safety note: Cut and impact gloves reduce β€” but never eliminate β€” injury risk, and they are not rated against a chemical splash hazard, solvents, or live electrical work. Match the glove to a documented hazard assessment and replace any pair once the liner is nicked or worn through.

Ordering FAQ

What cut level is the NoCry Premium?
It carries an EN 388:2016 Level 5 cut rating. Cut ratings describe lab cut resistance, not a cut-proof guarantee.

Is the NoCry Premium in stock and ready to ship?
Yes β€” this listing is active and ships through Amazon. Select your size to see live availability and shipping speed.

What size of the NoCry Premium should I order?
Sizes X-Small through X-Large. Measure across your palm and use the glove size chart; a cut liner should fit snug, not loose.

Can I order the NoCry Premium by the case?
Most sizes ship by the pair or by the box; bulk and case options appear on the linked Amazon listing for each size.

What tasks is the NoCry Premium the right pick for?
It is built for meat cutting, oyster shucking, mandoline slicing, fish cleaning and wood carving. Match it to your hazard assessment before relying on it.

Does the NoCry Premium work with touchscreens?
Touchscreen capability varies by size and coating; check the linked listing for the exact model you select.

How is the NoCry Premium different from a disposable glove?
This is a reusable work glove with a knit or leather build, not a single-use disposable. It is washed and reused, not discarded after one task.

Is the NoCry Premium heat-resistant?
No β€” it is not a heat glove. For hot surfaces, choose a dedicated heat-resistant glove.

Does the NoCry Premium have impact protection?
No β€” it has no back-of-hand impact guards. For knuckle hazards, choose an impact-rated glove.

How do I reorder the NoCry Premium later?
Reorder by the model number shown in the specifications above, or return to this page and select your size again.

Should I buy the NoCry Premium or step up a cut tier?
If your task matches the rating, this is the right pick; if you handle thinner or sharper stock, step up a cut level.

Where can I read an independent review of the NoCry Premium?
See our full hands-on review, linked at the top of this page, for build notes, pros and cons, and how it compares to the rest of the lineup.

Feel Way Safer Using Sharp Tools
These cut-resistant gloves are one of those things you don’t realize you need until you use them. They make working with sharp knives, mandolins, and graters feel a lot less stressful. They’re very cut-resistant, but still flexible enough that you don’t feel clumsy wearing them. I can slice vegetables, use the mandolin, and even handle shellfish without feeling like I’ve lost control or dexterity. The fit is snug and comfortable, and the grip is good without being bulky.I like that they’re food safe and can be worn on either hand, which makes them easy for anyone to use. They’re also breathable, so my hands don’t get sweaty like they do with heavier gloves.Another big plus is that they’re machine washable. I’ve tossed them in the wash a few times, and they come out looking and feeling just fine, which makes them easy to keep clean.Overall, these gloves give great peace of mind when working with sharp tools in the kitchen. If you use a mandolin, grate cheese often, or just want a little extra protection while prepping food, these are absolutely worth having.

Nice safety gloves
They work well and are fairly comfortable. It’s easy to grip whatever you’re cutting and they do provide good protection in minor knife slips. Due to arthritis in my hands, knife slips have become a bigger risk and the gloves provide me the protection needed to safely use knives.

Good product
Good and sturdy gloves. These gloves do in fact work as advertised in protecting the fingers with sharp tools like the mandolin slicer, however they are not cut proof, but they are cut resistant, so caution must still be applied as if you were not wearing gloves. The material was cut, but the gloves did protect my thumb from being cut and for that I give these gloves a big thumbs up for doing their job. πŸ‘I'm back bragging about these gloves again, there has been a few more times my fingers would have been severely cut but the gloves took the cut and my fingers are still safe. I highly recommend these gloves to protect your fingers from that Julian slicer.

Great hand protection
Just what I needed to give me confidence and secure feeling in using my ceramic knife again. Recently had a. Laceration to my thumb joint requiring stitches. Now I feel safe wearing the glove holding the vegetable or meat I am cutting.Great product for the price. Laundries well, great fit, is not stuff, full finger protection, no packaging odor, will get wet/moist with handling washed vegetables, so needs frequent laundering. So far is durable. Will see after several laundring . Definitely an excellent tool in my kitchen.

Definitely recommend to others.

10/10 would recommend!
Absolutely love these gloves! I had another style with a plastic coating that protecting from cuts. However, after washing several times, that plastic coating has started to peel off. I wanted a new pair with no plastic coating and these fit the bill!I measured using the guide provided and the medium fit me perfectly. I will use these when using my OXO mandolin and my KitchenAid box grater- both have cut me severely in the past!

Made for narrow hand with really really long fingers
Gloves are well made but sizing is interesting. I have a smallish hand and ordered accordingly per the size chart. The gloves are tight across the hand ( I can get it on but it is snug - might loosen with a few wearing) but the glove fingers are nearly an inch beyond my fingers and I don’t have stubby fingers. I was able to scrunch the fingers down (again - snug). To size up might work for the hand width but then the fingers would be way too long. I will try to make these gloves work but I won’t be buying again or recommending them.
