- Distributed capacity, not shelf capacity
- Cart ratings are usually the total across all shelves with the load spread evenly. Concentrating weight on one shelf or one corner is what bends frames.
- Caster size against the floor
- Small casters are fine on smooth sealed concrete and terrible over cracks, cords and thresholds. Larger diameter wheels roll over obstacles that stop small ones dead.

How much weight can a utility cart carry?
