The D3097 is a P100 particulate filter with nuisance-level organic vapor relief. The OV relief is below-OEL odor relief only - not a substitute for an organic vapor cartridge such as the D8001 or D80921 where vapor is at or above the limit.

The D8001 is the lightest, most economical Secure Click gas/vapor cartridge — organic vapor only, no integrated P100. It suits vapor-only solvent and paint work; the moment particulate is present, step up to the D80921.

The D3091 is the standard-form P100 particulate filter for the 3M Secure Click HF-800/FF-800 platform. It captures 99.97% of dusts, mists, and fumes - particulate only, no gas or vapor protection - and is functionally identical to the hard-case D9093.
