3M Secure Click D7N11 review: an N95 particulate prefilter (20/pack) used ahead of a gas/vapor cartridge to extend its life on HF-800 and FF-800 respirators. It is N95, not oil-resistant, and not P100. What it does, who needs it, compatibility, limits, and how it compares to the D7P71, D3071, and D9093.

The D3097 is a P100 particulate filter with nuisance-level organic vapor relief. The OV relief is below-OEL odor relief only - not a substitute for an organic vapor cartridge such as the D8001 or D80921 where vapor is at or above the limit.

The D9093CB is a P100 particulate filter in a hard case, sold by the case of 144, with nuisance-level acid gas relief. The acid gas relief is below-OEL odor relief only - not a substitute for an acid-gas cartridge at or above the limit.

The D9093C is a P100 particulate filter in a hard case with nuisance-level hydrogen fluoride relief. The HF relief is below-OEL odor relief only - not a substitute for an acid-gas cartridge where HF is at or above the exposure limit.

The D3096 is the standard-form P100 particulate filter with nuisance-level acid gas relief. The acid gas relief is below-OEL odor relief only - not a substitute for an acid-gas cartridge at or above the limit. Same function as the bulk hard-case D9093CB.
